2023 accessibility goals

Feedback mechanism: The email address to which you can report any inaccessibility of the organisation’s mobile site/app is and is manned by the Digital Transition Manager (RTD). However, it is always possible to contact the RTD by telephone at the telephone numbers in the Index of Public Administrations and on the institutional website. Responses to reports are managed within 30 days, providing times and ways to resolve the request depending on the complexity of the problem identified. The access link to the Feedback Mechanism, with the related description of use, is also available in the Accessibility Declaration. The user can also appeal to the Digital Ombudsman via the specific reference on the accessibility declaration form if, within thirty days of the notification or request for information, the provider does not respond or provides an unsatisfactory response.
