Civil Protection and Lega Serie A join forces to promote a culture of risk reduction

On the occasion of the 25th matchday of the Championship, scheduled from Friday 13 to Monday 16 February, all Serie A Enilive teams will take the field to help spread this fundamental principle, which can contribute to saving many lives in the event of natural disasters. In all stadiums, a video of the initiative will be shown on the giant screens, while on television the dedicated graphic “Don’t wait for an emergency to ask yourself how to deal with it” will be broadcast shortly before kick-off of each match.

The invitation is to visit www.iononrischio.gov.it to learn what to do before, during, and after a dangerous situation. Io non rischio (“I don’t take risks”) is a public communication campaign on good civil protection practices, focusing on the active role that each of us can play in prevention and risk reduction—by taking action before a disaster occurs and knowing how to behave in case of emergency, when time is limited and the right choice can save our lives.

The Io non rischio campaign is promoted and implemented by the Civil Protection Department in collaboration with Anpas – National Association of Public Assistance, INGV – National Institute of Geophysics and Volcanology, ReLUIS – Inter-University Consortium of Earthquake Engineering Laboratories, and Fondazione CIMA, in agreement with the Conference of Regions and Autonomous Provinces and ANCI – National Association of Italian Municipalities.
