The Italian Civil Protection Department will present the project “MARS – National-scale Seismic Risk Maps and Risk Communication” on 1 December 2025, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., at the Auditorium of the National Central Library of Rome.
The MARS project, developed by the Civil Protection Department in collaboration with several Competence Centers, including the ReLUIS Consortium, has led to the adoption of innovative technical-scientific tools for assessing and reducing seismic risk in Italy.
ReLUIS will be represented by Professors Mauro Dolce, Angelo Masi, and Andrea Prota, who will illustrate the scientific work carried out by the Consortium within the project, alongside representatives from the DPC and EUCENTRE.
