Strengthening the safety and resilience of the public building stock through a technical-scientific approach based on planning, data analysis, and the adoption of innovative solutions.
The agreement, signed by the Director of the Italian State Property Agency, Alessandra dal Verme, and by the President of the ReLUIS Consortium, Mauro Dolce, launches a collaboration aimed at developing and sharing advanced methodologies and technical tools to optimize the planning of prevention and seismic risk mitigation interventions on public buildings.
The collaboration also includes training activities, research, and scientific dissemination, with the goal of promoting best practices in the field of seismic and structural engineering. The initiative forms part of the broader effort to strengthen the technical know-how of the Italian State Property Agency, with concrete applications in major national strategic programs, including the Campi Flegrei area, the post-2016 earthquake reconstruction, and the Casa Italia program.
